Teamworks Associate, Jenn Hinton is the Assistant Director of Student Experience in the School of Interactive Games and Media at Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also an adjunct instructor for leadership development in the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies at RIT. Her student affairs background includes eleven years of residence life, Greek life, first-year experience, orientation, alumni relations/development and academic advising. Jenn also facilitates programs on leadership development, teamwork, group dynamics, communication skills and integrity. Her passion for working with college students and her enthusiasm for their development makes her “lifelong learner” and feels blessed to play the role of both teacher and student. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is certified to facilitate “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens” program. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Jenn advises, Up ‘til Dawn @ RIT, to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and educate people about food allergies, a cause that is near and dear to her heart. Jenn earned her Bachelor’s of Science from St. John Fisher College in History and Education and her Master’s of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
