| Teamworks Associate, Robin Diana, Director, Office of First Year Experience at Hartwick College, is a national speaker, facilitator and educator with twenty-five years experience in residence life, first-year enrichment, orientation and leadership. Her innovative training programs serve as national models for higher education, adult learning and team development. As a transformational leader, Robin significantly contributes to the professional development of staff and students in higher education with her drive and dedication to excellence. She is the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Foundation President and is an ACPA Foundation “2007 Diamond Honoree”, recognized for her outstanding contributions to higher education. She was also awarded the College Student Personnel Association of New York, “Dr. Daniel Bratton Award” for outstanding service and accomplishments in student affairs. Robin is published on student success and continues to serve campuses as a consultant on a variety of higher education topics. As a parent, Robin empowers her children and others to use their education and influence to improve their schools, campuses and communities. Robin earned her Master’s of Science in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College and her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from College at the Brockport.
