We just did a great team building
program for over 90 leaders in the Customer Care organization of
NSTAR. NSTAR is a utility company headquartered in Boston, with
a mission of serving its 1.4 million customers well. Seven Teamworks
facilitators led small mixed groups of leaders through a progression
of engaging, relevant and fun group problem solving activities addressing
communication, ownership and team time management. Participant feedback
was overwhelmingly positive - here's a sample: "I had a few
aha’s about listening to directions, thinking outside the
box, listening to and learning from others, respecting diverse views,
stopping and reworking a plan, being specific with communications,
and being active and involved." We thank NSTAR for the opportunity
to work with such a dedicated and energized company that believes
in exceeding the expectations of their customers internally and
externally.
