Our passion at Teamworks is to create personal and team breakthroughs using fun programs that educate as well as entertain. We are rewarded every time we witness a student seeing the world with new clarity and developing real-life action plans for themselves and their teams.
Leadership Conference
Nazareth College (NY)

Teamworks facilitated the Mastering Crucial Conversations workshop for 50 students at Nazareth’s 2004 Leadership Conference. All 50 students left with new tools to successfully manage high stakes conversations and navigate personal and team conflict.

"I have been coming to this conference for three years and this was the best workshop ever!"

New Student Orientation
Rochester Institute of Technology (NY)

1600 new students of the Class of 2007 got to know each other through a fun, energizing series of icebreakers. With the help of some VERY enthusiastic Orientation Leaders, they had fun, and left feeling like a part of their new community. In the process, Teamworks reinforced RIT’s commitment to create a warm, friendly campus full of familiar faces, where each individual feels connected to their fellow students.

Empowering, dynamic and fun is what comes to mind when we work with Teamworks! Whether it's our paraprofessional and professional staff, we walk away feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

- Robin Diana, Associate Director, RIT Center for Student Transition and Support

Emerging Leaders
SUNY Oneonta (NY)

Question: What do Emerging Leaders, Resident Assistants, Sorority Leaders and Club/Organization Leaders at SUNY Oneonta have in common?

Answer: Since 1997, all have participated in a Teamworks workshop. The team building, conflict resolution, visioning/goal setting and customer service workshops Teamworks has facilitated have added tremendous value to their leadership development efforts.

Kristin's excellent attitude made everything go very smoothly. She showed us how easy it was to work with a new team successfully. She was fantastic! Keep her for every program.

- Ray Savage, Resident Director, SUNY Oneonta

Resident Assistant Training
Northeastern University (MA),
Salve Regina University (RI) and
Rivier College (NH)

The FISH philosophy is not just about fish! Based on the best seller, FISH! Our FISHing for Teamwork clinic gave Resident Assistants new perspectives on being of service not just to their residents and each other but to the top three most under-appreciated departments on campus - Housekeeping, Dining Service and Campus Police.

"Kristin was amazing. I’m very impressed with the amount of knowledge she possesses about our school and department. Keeping our attention for 1 hour is challenging – incredible that you kept it for 8 hours!"

- RA at Northeastern University
