Kristin Skarie
Managing Director
Teamworks Founder and Managing Director,
Kristin Skarie, has refined her team-building techniques with
over 18 years of extensive development work with college,
corporate, and community organizations. Her background includes
higher education administration and student development in
both the US and UK, plus corporate training in health care,
manufacturing and retail. Her experience in student activities,
residence life, and orientation has enabled her to make a
tremendous impact on many college campuses. Kristin's corporate
encounters range from the American Red Cross and Mary Kay
Cosmetics to Sunoco Oil and Boat US. Her varied experience
inside an outside of higher education means Kristin can deliver
a unique perspective on team and leader learning and growth.
Kristin received her BS in Physical Education from the University
of Wisconsin –Madison and her Masters in Higher Education
Administration from Indiana University – Bloomington.
Her approach to team development emphasizes respect, listening,
trust, and fun. |

Erin Kelly Whiting
Relationship Manager
Teamworks Relationship Manager, Erin Kelly
Whiting, completed her degree in Marketing at the Rochester
Institute of Technology in New York. During her time at RIT
she was the Officer of Development for the American Marketing
Association and offered her expertise as a presenter for the
new student orientation program in the College of Business.
Erin’s team building work began with facilitating High
School and College groups for the YMCA and working with corporate
teams at Johnson & Johnson in Philadelphia, PA. Since
joining the Teamworks staff in 2001, Erin has been focused
on marketing, developing and delivering programs in higher
education, as well as assisting in the overall growth of the
business.

Ray Conner
Facilitator
As a contract consultant for VESID (Vocational
and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities),
Ray Conner designs and delivers coaching, assessment and job
development programs to the New York State Education Department.
His 13 years of team building expertise has benefited colleges,
corporate and community organizations including Cornell Cooperative
Extension, Monroe County and NYS Human Service Agencies, Anderson
Windows, and NYS Teachers. Ray brings a unique combination
of wit, humor and awareness with an enthusiastic and non-judgmental
perspective to problem solving. His approach of doing business
as "unusual" allows individuals and teams to experience
and envision the practical steps that lead to sustained change.
Ray emphasizes that "hope is not a plan". He believes
that team development is not an event, but an on going process.
